Looking for a small obsolete part

Hi if anyone is parting out a yamaha YT3600 I would like a very tiny part, which is the small metal collar that fits inside the bumper mount before it is bolted to the frame, alternatively if anyone has any suggestions for a similar part they would be greatly appreciated.

Somebody may have it, otherwise you'll have to find a used one somewhere..
