Mower Deck Adjustment

I have a YT6800 and cannot move the lever to raise or lower the deck. The button on the lever disengages to move the deck but it will not move. Any suggestions

Thanks. Just spray it all over or are there any specific areas?

I can't quite remember how it looks under the foot pan, where the lever goes down into, but yeah, crawl under there and see where it all comes together and spray it down. The button just pops a pin down so you can move the deck up & down. Pretty simple design, might have to hit it with a hammer or something to loosen it up.
