Recently bought a yt6800 mower and the wire to the pto is melted at the plastic connector near the PTO. I removed the melted plug and attempted to splice the wires together. The pto engaged then would not new switch
run the wires from an aftermarket toggle switch through a automotive relay and into the pto wires. toggle switch should mount in the same location as the factory switch. mine works great.
