YT6800 Fuel Leak near Carb

After months of smelling gas, I finally found the source of a gas leak this morning on my YT6800. It appears that it is leaking fuel badly from somewhere near the carb. Is this a common place for fuel leaks on these lawn tractors or has anyone had a similar issue? Looking for any insight or suggestions before I start tearing it part. Thanks.

Haven't seen or heard of this problem too much...did you ever find out the whole problem?
