Yamaha YT3600 Starter

Does anyone out there have a starter for Yamaha YT3600 for sale. I have had this machine for 16 years and hate to not us it this year.

I just acquired my Yamaha.  When I try starting it makes a buzzing sound under the seat.  Is this a symtom that I too need a starter?  Or could it be something else?
