hydro droneing noise

Is it normal to have a droning noise from the hydro when traveling?

 Shouldn't be too loud...mine has a noticeable noise to it, but not one that's annoying.

OK thanks for the input ,these machines are so old I don't know what a new one sounds like. I will err on the side of caution and treat it with a bit more respect.
