looking at a YT3600

Hello, I'm trying out a 1991 YT3600, seems to be in not bad shape other than cracking tires and no foot brake grab. One big concern is when I start the machine up it has a severe initial kick as the engine fires up, is this normal with these tractors? This will be my second Yamaha (if I buy it) as I have a YS624 snow blower I bought new in 1991 and have always found it reliable.

No worries MarvP...

the monster (only) shakes during starting like a St.Bernharddog coming out of the water,
that's quite normal, mine is no exception. Actually feels quite sturdy and massive in my
opinion.

The engine is actually a motorbike engine, so it's not too hard to find or order parts.

Thanks for the comments McBart, I did buy the YT3600P  so I will probably be asking a few more questions soon.
