tip to remove Crankshaft pulley

Hi,

I have a Yamaha YT6800 lawn tractor, i broke the governor, inside engine,

I haven't found solution to remove the pulley mounted on crankshaft, i tried with a extractor and flame.

Do you know how is it fitted, or maybe you have a tip to remove it ?
