yt 6800 not charging battery, need help

  Tested my charging system and it is not charging, can any one provide me the specifications on testing the resisant if the stator to check and see if it is good.  Or where I can find the specifications since i dont have a service manual.  Maby someone can post a copy of the test specifications from a service manual. Thanks! Guys

Charging coil resistance
Test at 2 pin connector from stator, white and white/black wires
.36ohm + or - 20% @ 68° F
